Eagle Preview Meeting

All Life Scouts and Parents are encouraged to attend

What::                   Spring Eagle Preview

When:                   April 9th, 2009 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Where:                 To Be Announced

ll Life Scouts and parents should plan to attend the Spring Eagle Preview meeting to learn all about the Eagle process. Troops Advancement and Troop Committee members are also welcome.

 The district advancement committee will explain and review all the steps required to become an Eagle Scout including Life Rank requirements, the Eagle Scout service project, Eagle Scout Award application, Eagle Board of Review, Eagle Ceremony, and all necessary paperwork.

 The role of Eagle Coach or Adviser is also covered.

 Attendance at this meeting is one of the requirements for a troop to qualify for the Advancement Honor Award and serves as a great motivator for a Life Scout to complete the work required for the Eagle Rank.
