Eagle Service Projects

The Northern Lights District would like to recognize the following scouts and their approved eagle service projects. The intent is two-fold.
  1. To recognize the many services performed for the various organizations in our community
  2. To provide an additional reference to Life Scouts looking for ideas for new service projects. These scouts may be contacted to share their planning ideas and project completion experiences.

He did a large area of landscaping at Guardian Angels Senior Housing.  This area had gotten so overgrown with shrubs and other things that the people could not see into the area behind the building.  He removed all of the landscaping, mulch, and weed fabric and redid it all.  I guess the residence spent a couple of days at the windows watching the project proceed.  One of the ladies on his BOR said that the residents still talk about how nice it is that they can now see beyond the overgrowth.
