OA Conclave

All OA members; be sure to reserve Sept 12th to 14th for our annual Conclave. We had a great election this year and will be welcoming 110 new members. These candidates are among the best and brightest of scouting and we are proud to welcome them to Scouting’s National Honor Society. Help make their Ordeal experience one to remember.

As usual, we will also be working hard to improve Rum River Scout Camp. Our efforts help keep the camp in top notch shape for scouts of all ages. Without your help, Rum River Camp would not be the great camp that it is.

If you are an Ordeal member, (only been to one conclave), you are encouraged to come to and seal your membership by becoming a Brotherhood member. Remember, the OA is a lifelong membership; it is more than just one weekend in the fall.

More information on the conclave will be mailed in August. See you there!

Journey to Excellence (JTE) 2.0

Each pack, troop or crew needs to have turned-in their annual budget and calendar to their unit commissioner by August 31 st. If your Scouts don't know when their winter advancement ceremony is or the dates for Camp summer 2015 they should be planning those dates now.
Your unit doesn't have those planned out yet? Give Del Wilkinson a call at 763-267-7530 and he and the commissioner team will come out to help you plan out your year.

Fall Camporee is September 27th
