Order of the Arrow

Main Page

The Order or the Arrow runs multiple conclaves at Rum River every year.  Each conclave is dedicated to service to the camp.  Each year, thousands of volunteer hours perform projects such as:

  • Clearing campsites

  • Building parking lots

  • Riprapping the canoe landing

  • Rebuilding latrienes

  • Staining buildings

  • Brushing and wood chipping trails

  • and on and on

As Ranger Bob Litke likes to say, without the Order of the Arrow, there would not be a camp.

The Order of the Arrow also uses the camp for induction ceremonies and has created a special camp fire ring complete with seating for 300 people.
