I have created an Excel spreadsheet of the 2008 Popcorn Sale Unit Roster Form.  Please read the instructions below before using the form.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • When inserting lines, insert them between the heading line and the total line this is so that they will continue to add up to the total line. 
  • To get the TOTAL for each line to work you will need to copy the cell above the line that you inserted and then paste in the total column.  This will bring all the column calculations for the new line you inserted to the new line. 
  • Update the Header and Footer, you need to supply the unit type and number in the header, plus you need to enter in the unit leader name and day time phone in the footer.
